Bar Catering Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms carefully before booking a bartender through Fyxx.

1. Booking & Confirmation

All Bar Catering bookings must be made at least 7 days before the event date to ensure bartender availability.
Bookings made with less than 7 days’ notice may not be guaranteed and are subject to bartender availability at the time of request.
Fyxx recommends booking as early as possible for high-demand dates (weekends, holidays, peak seasons) to secure your preferred bartender.
A booking is confirmed only after payment (or deposit) is received.
Customers must provide accurate event details (date, time, location, guest count, event type) at the time of booking.

Full or partial payment (deposit) is required to confirm the booking.
Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, cash, or in-app wallet.
Any additional costs (extra hours, extra guests, special requests) will be communicated and charged separately.

Cancellations made a specified number of hours/days before the event are eligible for a full or partial refund.
Cancellations made close to the event date may not be refundable.
Rescheduling is subject to bartender availability.

The customer confirms all guests being served alcohol meet the legal drinking age.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the event complies with local laws regarding alcohol service.
Fyxx and its bartenders reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated or underage individuals.

Customers are not permitted to supply their own alcohol for events booked through Fyxx Bar Catering.
All alcoholic beverages served during the event must be purchased through Fyxx.
This policy ensures quality control, legal compliance, and safety standards across all events.
Any violation of this policy may result in the bartender refusing service and/or cancellation of the booking without refund.

Bartenders will arrive with the necessary equipment as agreed upon in the booking, unless otherwise specified.
Any specific requests (menu, setup, dress code) must be communicated in advance of the event.
Bartenders are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside their control (traffic, weather, etc.).

Provide a safe and appropriate space for the bartender to set up and work.
Ensure any necessary permits or licenses required by local law are obtained for alcohol service at the event.
Report any issues during the event immediately through the app or customer support.

Fyxx is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from guest behavior or misuse of alcohol.
Fyxx’s liability is limited to the value of the service booked.

Customer information provided during booking will be used solely for service fulfillment and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
