Refund policy

Returns and replacements are not accepted once the order has been received by a verified customer/recipient. If the incorrect item is delivered or the item is spoiled, contaminated or otherwise not consumable, please reach out to our customer service team at 0791111332

In these instances, returns are usually accepted within 5 days of the purchase. Refunds are processed as soon the product is returned and typically hit your bank account within 3-5 business days after bank processing.
