Tasting Notes
Deep ruby-violet with a lively natural fizz. The nose is fresh and fragrant with aromas of wild cherry, blackberry, violet, and earthy undertones. On the palate it is light to medium bodied, dry, and refreshing, with a pleasant tannin and a clean, slightly bitter finish. Not the sweet supermarket Lambrusco. This is the real thing.

About the Producer
Donati Camillo is a small natural wine producer in Emilia-Romagna working with the region's traditional grape varieties including Trebbiano and Lambrusco. Farming organically with minimal intervention in the cellar, they produce wines that are honest, unpretentious, and deeply rooted in the food culture of the region. Their approach is the antithesis of industrial winemaking, prioritising freshness and drinkability above all else.
