The dry white counterpart to Château d'Arche's Graves Rouge, made from the same Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc pairing the estate uses for its famous sweet wines, but picked early and fermented dry.
Tasting Notes
Pale gold with green reflections, bright and clear in the glass. Fresh citrus and white flowers, layered with subtle hints of peach, lemongrass and flinty minerality. Lively and refreshing on the palate with vibrant acidity. Lemon zest, green apple and white peach unfold over a mineral backbone, leading to a clean, elegant finish. No oak, so the fruit and the gravel come through undisguised.
