A grower Crémant d'Alsace from Christian Binner's biodynamic estate, blending Pinot Noir, Riesling, and Auxerrois from 40-year-old vines on loamy limestone soils, made using the classic method with 16 months on lees and disgorgement without added sugar.
Tasting Notes
Fine perlage and clear appearance. Good aromatic complexity with fresh fruit and white flower notes on the nose. Fruity and mineral on the palate with excellent acidity and freshness — the Riesling bringing precision and the Pinot Noir contributing structure and weight. Extended lees ageing gives it a polish without losing freshness. One of the finest Crémants in Alsace at any price.
