Petit château Bordeaux at its best. The yields here are extremely low for Bordeaux Supérieur, which gives the wine a concentration you rarely find at this level of the appellation ladder.
Tasting Notes
Plenty of berry fruit, good ripe tannins and a long, balanced finish. Succulent with a creamy texture. Bordeaux Supérieur is a step up from plain Bordeaux AOC, requiring lower yields and longer ageing, and in the right hands it delivers a great deal more wine than the price suggests.
