Tasting Notes
Fresh and full of rose petals and flowers on the nose. Warm and elegant on the palate with smooth but intense tannins — the Arborina character, which is more feminine and floral than La Morra's more powerful expressions. Macerated in rotary fermenters for approximately 4 to 5 days, then aged 24 months in French barrique. A wine of real beauty and precision from a single-vineyard site Altare effectively created.
