Tasting notes
Straw yellow in colour, very fragrant, with the unmistakable bitter almond aftertaste that is a peculiar and beloved characteristic of Malvasia. Powerful in both aroma and mouth. The winemaker says it is also a whole-meal wine that improves with age. From ordinary pasta through to challenging dishes, this handles it all.
Goes with
Cured meats, risotto, vegetable and tomato pasta, white meats, and pizza. Versatile enough for almost any occasion.
