Tasting's Notes

Aromas of Gingerbread, vanilla essence, wafts of buttered toast and clotted-cream-topped scones. On the palate hints of raisins, sultanas stem ginger, and citrus begins to develop on the finish with a touch of dark chocolate, with subtle cedar and honey.
