A lively Cabernet DOC Piave with character from the land bathed by the River Piave, important because of its vocation for red grape varieties. Il Mormorò is an area very dear to Giuliano Bortolomiol — selected in the 1960s for its suitability to Cabernet Sauvignon. Structured and varietal, with the herbaceous precision that the Veneto's Piave plains give to the variety.
