Bright ruby-purple with youthful vibrancy. Fresh blackberry, plum, and raspberry with hints of violets, spice, and gentle earthiness on the nose. Juicy and smooth on the palate with soft tannins and flavours of dark berries, black cherry, and subtle pepper flowing into a lively, fruit-forward finish. Lighter and more lifted than traditional Cahors, yet still showing the regional depth of the Verhaeghe family's organically farmed terroir.
