A deep amber orange wine from Dario Princic in Oslavia, Friuli — Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Gris co-macerated for 30 days in open-top oak and cherry fermenters, then aged 30 months in foudre, producing a wine of extraordinary texture, autumnal depth, and mineral length.
Tasting Notes
Dark amber in the glass. The nose opens with chestnut, caramel, honey, dried apricot, and earthy mineral notes from the ponca (limestone marl) soils. Full-bodied with serious texture and grip from the extended skin contact. Autumnal and contemplative, with a long mineral finish that keeps evolving. The Bianco Trebez is not a wine for quick consumption — it rewards patience and attention.

About the Producer
Dario Princic is one of the founding figures of the natural orange wine movement in Oslavia, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, farming 10 hectares of clay-limestone ponca soils organically since 1993. His extended skin macerations lasting 8 to 45 days and minimal intervention in the cellar have made him a reference point for producers across Italy and beyond.
