Dassai 45 Sparkling Nigori is a vibrant and playful expression of Junmai Daiginjo sake, combining Dassai’s refined craftsmanship with a naturally effervescent, cloudy (nigori) style. Made with carefully polished Yamada Nishiki rice, it delivers a refreshing balance of elegance, softness, and celebratory sparkle.

Delicate bubbles lift aromas of fresh citrus, ripe pear, and white peach, with subtle hints of rice sweetness and cream. The palate is smooth and gently sweet with a clean, crisp finish that feels bright and refreshing.
