A second vintage of Gérard Tremblay's Grand Cru Vaudesir, the same Kimmeridgian limestone climat that produces the benchmark Chablis Grand Cru we carry — another year, another expression of one of Burgundy's most mineral terroirs.
Tasting Notes
Pale gold with excellent clarity. The nose is complex and restrained with citrus zest, white peach, flint, and a distinctive oyster-shell minerality that defines the Vaudesir climat. Full bodied for Chablis, with a firm, waxy texture, excellent freshness, and a long, mineral, saline finish of exceptional length. Built to age for 10 to 15 years from a good vintage.
