Cocchi Brut Rosé Piemonte DOC Pinot Nero from the Langhe hills of Asti — a delicate pastel pink with lavender nuances, a striking fruity bouquet of wild strawberries, white peach, and light white currant on the nose, silky and full on the palate with citrus notes on a long, fresh finish.
Tasting Notes
An elegant, slow, and continuous perlage creating a pleasant crown of bubbles. Delicate blush pink with lavender nuances — the colour developing from a light maceration of whole bunches followed by slow pressing. The nose is striking with its clear and fruity bouquet of wild strawberries, white peach, and light white currant. Well balanced on the palate between flavour and freshness, silky and full, with wild strawberries, peaches, and white flowers repeated in the mouth, and citrus notes on the long finish.
