About this wine
Partida Creus VN Tinto from Tarragona, Catalonia, a light, fresh, and juicy natural red blend of seven indigenous Catalan varieties including Garnatxa, Garrut, Sumoll, and Trepat, with red fruit, bright acidity, and minerality, vinified separately then blended, from a pioneering natural wine estate working with forgotten indigenous varieties.
Serve lightly chilled at 12 to 14°C. Very approachable immediately.
Tasting notes
Light, fresh, and juicy on the nose and palate. Red fruit, especially strawberries, with bright acidity and minerality. The seven grape varieties are harvested and fermented separately, with short maceration for the Garrut and longer for the Trepat, then blended together. The result is a wine with the complexity of a multi-variety field blend but the freshness and drinkability of a natural light red.
Goes with
Grilled fish, white meats, cheese, and salads.
