Deep ebony mahogany with intense legs. Inviting notes of raisin, fig, prune, dates, honey, molasses, and espresso on the nose, layered with toasted nuts. Lusciously sweet, velvety, and unctuous on the palate with flavours of blackstrap molasses, mocha, caramel, and dried fruit. Bright acidity balances the sweetness, leading to a long, warming finish. Made from sun-dried Pedro Ximénez grapes aged around 9 years in American oak via the solera system.
