Tasting Notes
The nose opens with rich aromas of chocolate ganache, plum jam, and Manuka honey, followed by fresh lemon zest, toasted cinnamon, and orange blossom. On the palate, sweet fig and blood orange are complemented by warming ginger, toasted oak, and a subtle hint of charred pineapple. The finish is long and sweet, with gentle notes of spice and a beautifully lingering warmth.
