Inacayal La Cueva from Chile's Colhagua Valley — a moreish natural red blend of Carignan and the ancient indigenous Pais variety, packed with black and red berry fruit, pepper spice, and a delicate note of violet on the finish, grown organically without any irrigation in the natural dry heat of the Colhagua Valley.
Tasting Notes
A real gem from Chile — juicy blend of Carignan and the local indigenous Pais variety, which adds amazing colour and fruit flavour to the blend. Moreish and vibrant with black and red berry fruit, pepper spice, and a delicate note of violet on the finish. Pais is one of Chile's oldest grape varieties, brought by the Spanish in the 16th century — organically grown without irrigation in the Colhagua Valley's natural dry heat.
