How it tastes

Tasting notes
Pale gold with bright luminous reflections. Fresh citrus, white flowers, and crisp pear on the nose, layered with subtle almond, chalk, and delicate oak. Clean, focused, and silky on the palate with lemon zest, green apple, and stone fruit merging with fine minerality and gentle creaminess. The finish is elegant, refreshing, and classically Burgundian in its balance and purity. Village-level Burgundy made with Grand Cru attention.
Goes with
Seafood, roasted chicken, soft cheeses, vegetable gratins, and simple pasta with herbs and butter.
