About this wine
A dry rosé from Atibaia Winery in Lebanon's Batroun region, made from organically farmed Cinsault and Syrah with direct pressing and stainless steel fermentation, lively and elegant with Mediterranean freshness and the aromatic purity that comes from letting the varieties speak without oak intervention.
Best enjoyed young and fresh.
Tasting notes
Bright rosé colour. Cinsault and Syrah is one of the great rosé combinations. Cinsault brings delicate red fruit and floral lift, Syrah adds aromatic depth and savoury interest. Direct pressing preserves freshness and varietal purity. Dry, aromatic, and refreshing on the palate with a clean mineral finish that reflects the Mediterranean terroir of the Batroun coast.
Goes with
Lebanese mezze, grilled fish, salads, and light Mediterranean dishes.
