Description

A skin-contact rosé from Christian Binner's biodynamic estate, blending 60% Gewurztraminer, 30% Pinot Gris, and 10% Riesling across seven limestone hillsides in Alsace — given 6 months of maceration in 2022 then 8 more days in 2023, producing a wine of vibrant pink colour, aromatic complexity, and genuine textural grip.

Tasting Notes
Vibrant pink with a slight tannic grip from the maceration. Aromatic and complex with dried apricot, orange peel, and tropical fruit on the nose. The Gewurztraminer dominates: candied citrus, ripe peach, and a hint of ginger, balanced by a refreshing acidity and a slight tannic structure that makes it a genuine food wine. A rosé for people who have outgrown pale, neutral rosé.
