A rare dry table wine from Palomino Fino grown on pure albariza soils in Cádiz — the same grape as Sherry, but vinified without fortification or flor ageing, producing a wine of extraordinary chalky minerality and citrus freshness.
Tasting Notes
Well balanced with a hint of lemon. Very chalky with striking mineral notes. Aromas of orange peel and apple with a saline depth that reflects the coastal albariza soils. The palate is dry and textural, with a clean, mineral finish. Utterly unlike anything else. Palomino stripped of all the Sherry dressing.
