Bortolomiol Il Canto Antico Still Prosecco from the Veneto, a still (non-sparkling) version of Glera, the Prosecco grape, with a floral bouquet of acacia and wisteria, lively and fresh on the palate with green apple, lemon zest, and a hint of honey on a clean and elegant finish.

Tasting notes
A still wine made from the Glera grape, the same variety as Prosecco, but vinified without the secondary fermentation that creates the bubbles. A floral bouquet of acacia and wisteria on the nose. Lively and fresh on the palate with flavours of green apple, lemon zest, and a hint of honey, culminating in a clean and elegant finish. An interesting, less common expression of the Prosecco grape.
