A sweet Moscato Bianco from Bera Vittorio e Figli in Asti, Piedmont — organically farmed on steep calcareous marl slopes, fermented with indigenous yeast without fining, producing a delicate, aromatic, low-alcohol wine of white flowers, honey, and ripe stone fruit.
Tasting Notes
Straw yellow with brilliant clarity. Elegant aromas of white flowers, fresh grapes, orchard fruit, citrus zest, and delicate minerals open the nose. The palate is rich and naturally sweet, beautifully balanced by lively acidity, with honey, orange blossom, and ripe white fruit leading to a long, refreshing finish. The Ninét is Bera's traditional sweet Moscato — named for a local figure — and reflects decades of organic work on the hillside slopes of Canelli.
