A biodynamic Pinot Noir from Christian Binner in Colmar, Alsace, made with zero added sulphur and aged in old barrels to produce a wine of real elegance and Burgundian precision from one of France's most committed natural wine estates.
Tasting Notes
Pale, clear ruby. The nose is delicate and precise with red cherry, dried rose, and a subtle earthy, mineral note from the Alsatian limestone and clay soils. On the palate it is light to medium bodied, silky, and focused, with fine tannins, good natural acidity, and a long, clean finish. A Pinot Noir that prioritises finesse over weight.
