A field blend red from Panevino's organic vineyards in Sardinia, made from a mix of local indigenous varieties with zero additions of any kind — wild, earthy, and entirely alive.
Tasting Notes
Deep ruby with a natural haze. The nose is complex and earthy with dark fruit, dried herbs, and a wild Sardinian garrigue character. On the palate it is full and textural, with a firm tannic grip, good natural acidity, and a long, savoury, mineral finish. The kind of wine that makes you think rather than just drink.

About the Producer
Panevino is the project of Gianfranco Manca, a baker turned natural winemaker from Sardinia who farms a small plot of ancient indigenous vines without any chemical inputs and vinifies with absolute zero intervention. The name means "bread and wine," reflecting his belief that both are the honest foundation of a good life. Panevino wines are rare, uncompromising, and sought after by the most serious natural wine collectors.
