A qvevri-aged white blend from Pheasant's Tears combining Tsitska and Tsolikouri — two indigenous Georgian white varieties from the Imereti region, vinified in traditional clay amphorae with zero added sulphur to produce a wine of golden colour, citrus freshness, and earthy mineral depth.
Tasting Notes
Golden with natural haze from the qvevri ageing. Tsitska brings high natural acidity and citrus freshness while Tsolikouri adds aromatic richness and body. Together they produce a wine of real character — citrus, dried herbs, a saline mineral note, and the distinctive textural quality of qvevri contact. Fresh, complex, and distinctly Georgian.

About the Producer
Pheasant's Tears was founded in 2007 by Georgian painter and winemaker Gela Patalishvili and American artist John Wurdeman in Tibaani, Kakheti. One of the most celebrated natural wine estates in Georgia, they revived traditional qvevri winemaking using ancient clay amphorae buried in the earth, and have become a global reference point for Georgian natural wine and the country's extraordinary indigenous varieties.
