Tasting Notes
Pale yellow with greenish reflections. Fresh citrus, pineapple, and melon on the nose with a mineral backbone that gives it personality. The palate is crisp and aromatic, with balanced acidity that highlights the fruit, leaving a clean and persistent finish. No sulphur used.
