An elegant Franciacorta Saten from one of the appellation's most celebrated organic estates, made exclusively from Chardonnay using the traditional method and bottle-ageing for a minimum of 24 months to develop its signature creamy, silky character.
Tasting Notes
Pale gold with delicate, persistent bubbles and a beautiful creamy mousse. The nose is refined and complex with aromas of white peach, pear, almond blossom, brioche, and a fine chalky mineral note. On the palate it is silky and enveloping, with a gentle pressure from the lower carbonation of the Saten style, excellent freshness, and a long, elegant, toasty finish. Italy's finest answer to Blanc de Blancs Champagne.
