Oro Oscuro is the darker expression of Fuente Fuente OpusX, the first Dominican puro and still the most sought after cigar the family makes. The tobacco is grown at Chateau de la Fuente, and for this release the OpusX wrapper leaf is given extra fermentation and extra ageing, producing a deeper and heavier finish than the classic blend.

Smoking Time (Average): 75-90 Minutes

Dark chocolate and espresso arrive first, backed by aged cedar and leather. Black pepper and baking spice run underneath, and a vanilla sweetness threads through the whole smoke and lingers on the finish. Full bodied and dense but never rough, with the balance that made the OpusX name.
