Tasting Notes

The nose is deep and layered, opening on honeyed sweetness with ripe orchard fruit, vanilla and a warm note of toasted oak. The palate is full and rounded, bringing together dried fruit, milk chocolate and gentle spice over a creamy base, with the oak influence present but never dominant. The finish is long and smooth, drying slowly into mature wood and soft sweetness.
