Bera Vittorio e Figli | Ninét
Description

Bera Vittorio e Figli | Ninét is a beautifully expressive natural sweet wine from the heart of Piedmont. Crafted from 100% Moscato Bianco grapes grown on the steep hillsides of Asti, this artisanal wine showcases the purity of organic viticulture and minimal-intervention winemaking. Vibrant, aromatic, and full of character, Ninét captures the authentic essence of the region's historic winemaking traditions.

About the Producer:
Azienda Agricola Bera Vittorio is a family-owned estate located in the Asti region of Piedmont, Italy. Dedicated to organic farming and low-intervention winemaking, the Bera family produces wines that authentically reflect their terroir and grape varieties. Their commitment to natural methods results in expressive wines that highlight both tradition and individuality.

Tasting Notes:
Straw-yellow in color with brilliant clarity. The nose opens with elegant aromas of white flowers, fresh grapes, orchard fruits, citrus zest, and delicate mineral nuances. The palate is rich and sweet yet beautifully balanced by lively acidity, revealing notes of honey, orange blossom, ripe white fruit, and fresh Moscato grapes, leading to a long, refreshing finish.

Food Pairing:
An excellent match for fruit tarts, small pastries, traditional Italian desserts, fresh fruit salads, and soft cheeses. Its refreshing character also makes it an ideal aperitif for warm afternoons and celebratory occasions.

Viticulture & Vinification:
Organically farmed vineyards planted on steep southeast-facing slopes of calcareous marl soils of ancient oceanic origin. Grapes are harvested manually and fermented using indigenous yeasts without inoculation. No fining is performed, and only light filtration is applied. Suitable for both vegans and vegetarians.

Country and Origin:
Asti, Piedmont, Italy

Grape Variety:
100% Moscato Bianco
