Tasting notes
Blanched almonds, white flowers, and pear skin on the nose. The palate is soft and clean with apple and quince fruit, a naturally off-dry finish, and a lively sapidity that the Italians love. Gentle fizz rather than aggressive bubbles. Delicious, easy drinking, and honest.
