Carakale | Ultra-Light is the lightest beer Carakale makes, and the only one built around what it leaves out. Gluten free, 82 calories a bottle and 4.2% alcohol, brewed in Fuheis by Jordan's first microbrewery. It is made for drinking mindfully rather than heavily, a genuine craft beer you can enjoy through a long afternoon without it drinking you.

Tasting Notes:

Pale gold and bright with a quick white head. Light grain and soft cracker malt lead, with a restrained hop bitterness sitting behind rather than out front. The body is deliberately light and the carbonation lively, so it drinks clean and easy, finishing crisp and refreshing without any lingering sweetness. Nothing heavy, nothing filling, and none of the thinness that usually comes with a light beer.
