The everyday Fino from Bodegas César Florido, aged 3 years under flor just metres from the Atlantic in Chipiona — light, saline, and briny, with all the freshness that proximity to the ocean can give a wine.
Tasting Notes
Light and soft with a pleasing saline quality that is entirely due to the winery's position on the Atlantic coast. The flor protects the wine from oxidation and gives it a characteristic yeasty freshness alongside the salt air. The palate is dry, clean, and mineral, with a refreshing, briny finish. The most honest aperitif wine in Spain.
