El-Sabban Kashf from the Bekaa Valley, Lebanon, a direct-press Viognier from high-altitude organic dry-farmed vineyards at 1,250m in Deir al-Aasha'ir, pale straw with fresh apricot, white peach, citrus zest, blossom, and a touch of spring honey on the nose, dry and crisp on the palate with juicy stone fruit and a saline limestone edge, unfined and unfiltered.
