Description

An extraordinary experimental white from Clos du Gravillas in Saint-Jean-de-Minervois — Muscat pressings co-fermented with Terret verjus, macerating the acidic Terret skins on the very ripe Muscat must to produce something simultaneously floral, textural, tangy, and deeply aromatic.

Tasting Notes
Pale luminous gold with a slight haze. Intense citrus notes of grapefruit and orange blossom on the nose with subtle floral undertones. The palate is light-bodied and refreshing with vibrant acidity and a delicate minerality from the 300-metre limestone plateau of Saint-Jean de Minervois. The interplay between Terret's zesty acidity and Muscat's aromatic richness culminates in a crisp, clean, and genuinely unique finish. Orange honey, tannic freshness, and a Muscat aromatic lift.
