Corte Giara | Recioto della Valpolicella

Corte Giara is the négociant label of Allegrini, made by Allegrini from carefully selected Veneto fruit. The Recioto is the historic sweet wine of Valpolicella, produced by drying the grapes for around four months before a slow fermentation.

Tasting Notes
Ruby red, with an intense nose bursting with ripe red fruit and aromatic herbs. Rich and succulent on the palate, its sweetness lifted and kept fresh by crisp acidity, finishing long and balanced. A classic match for aged cheeses, dark chocolate and desserts. Best served at around 14°C.
