Diplomático Selección de Familia is part of the Venezuelan distillery's premium Prestige range. It blends rums distilled in copper pot, batch kettle and column stills, matured for up to 12 years in casks that previously held American whiskey, before a final maturation in heavily charred new oak.

Tasting's Notes

A rich, full-bodied sipping rum, deep amber in the glass, with layers of dried fruit, toffee, dark chocolate, baking spice and toasted oak, finishing long, warming and gently sweet.
