Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin | Oriental Botanicals with Gunpowder Tea

The original Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin from Ireland's Shed Distillery, slow distilled by hand in copper pot stills. It combines eight pot still botanicals, including juniper, angelica, orris, caraway, coriander, meadowsweet, cardamom and star anise, with four vapour infused orientals: Chinese lemon, oriental grapefruit, kaffir lime and slow-dried gunpowder tea.

Tasting's Notes

Light and citrus-forward on the nose, with fresh lemon zest, herbaceous sagey juniper and a hint of green tea and meadowsweet. It explodes with flavour on the palate, layering exotic spice and citrus into a distinctive, mysterious gunpowder tea finish.
