In 2016, and for two long years, they experimented with brewing and fermentation until Elmir was launched in the market in November 2018. Tasting Notes

In ancient times, Phoenicians built the salt marshes of Anfeh, on the Northern coast of Lebanon. True to our ancestral tradition, we used this Mediterranean sea salt to give our sour wheat ale its unique and distinctive taste.

A medium dry sour wheat ale with a soft wine like aroma and hints of fruits. It strikes the palate with a sharp and thirst-quenching acidity and is pleasantly finished by a marked saltiness.
