Tasting Notes
Rich and elegant with a fresh, spicy, and vibrant fruit palate comprising raspberry, redcurrant, ripe plum, red cherry, and hints of cassis. Light- to medium-bodied, ready to drink now but capable of ageing a good few years. Predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon with Cinsault blended in — the Cinsault lightens the structure and adds a red-berry freshness that makes this the "easy" expression of the Ernie Els range. Silver Medal Decanter 2017, 87 points Tim Atkin and Wine Spectator 2019.
