Fattoria San Lorenzo Di Vera Rosato from the Marche — a natural rosé of character with beautiful aromas and great texture from 30% Montepulciano, 50% Sangiovese, and 20% Lacrima, fermented and aged in steel on the lees with indigenous yeasts, no filtration, and no fining, from one of the Marche's most respected natural wine estates.
Tasting Notes
A rosato of character with beautiful aromas and great texture. Elevated 12 months on its own lees in stainless steel — the extended lees contact gives it more body and complexity than a standard rosé, while the blend of Montepulciano, Sangiovese, and the rare indigenous Lacrima grape gives it a distinctive personality. Perfect with shellfish and savoury pies, with remarkable versatility at the table.
