Tassarolo is one of the eleven communes permitted to put its own name on a Gavi label. Its wines are usually a touch softer and rounder than those from Gavi itself.
Tasting Notes
Bright straw yellow enhanced by a hint of green. A flowery aroma with subtle fresh fruit nuances that create an atmosphere of summer. Well rounded, lively and seductively elegant on the palate, with a velvety flavour that makes for harmonious drinking. Softer in style than the Gavi del Comune di Gavi, and a good introduction to the appellation.
