Tasting notes
Deep ruby. Black fruit, black pepper, and sweet baking spices on the nose. The palate is fuller bodied than you'd expect from a Crianza, with ripe tannins and fresh acidity balancing the richness. Longer oak ageing than standard gives this real elegance and persistence. A Crianza that punches up.
Goes with
Pork, grilled lamb, and aged Manchego. Also excellent with patatas bravas and classic Spanish tapas.
