About this wine
An organic Sauvignon Blanc from Hacienda Grimón's high-altitude Rioja estate, where 650 metres of elevation and cool nights preserve the fresh citrus and mineral character that Sauvignon Blanc does best.
Best enjoyed young and fresh.
Tasting notes
Pale yellow with greenish reflections. Fresh citrus, pineapple, and melon on the nose with a mineral backbone that gives it personality. The palate is crisp and aromatic, with balanced acidity that highlights the fruit, leaving a clean and persistent finish. No sulphur used.
