An unfiltered, unfined En Rama Fino from Bodegas César Florido, aged five years under flor just 50 metres from the Atlantic Ocean, then 25 years in oxidative solera ageing — one of the most extraordinary Sherries in production.
Tasting Notes
Incredibly complex nose of dried fruits, roasted nuts, vanilla, caramel, and spice from decades of ageing in old oak barrels. This is what happens when a winemaker trusts the solera system completely and refuses to filter or fine the result. The Atlantic provides the moisture, the flor provides the protection, and time does everything else.

About the Producer
Bodegas César Florido is a small family estate in Chipiona, a coastal town in the Jerez zone directly on the Atlantic, where the ocean provides a cooling influence and perfect conditions for flor yeast development. Farming organically, they produce Fino, Moscatel, and other Jerez wines with exceptional character and no concession to commercial convenience. Their winery is literally 50 metres from the Atlantic.
