Green apple and mineral freshness on the nose, with a hint of spice. Brilliant and lively in the glass. The palate has crunchy citrus and green fruit, intense minerality from the volcanic basalt soils, and a gentle natural fizz. Brilliant value sparkling Garganega, and one of the more interesting pét-nats in the natural wine world.
