Montecristo is the best known and probably most appreciated brand of Habanos throughout the world. The No. 3 is the brand's corona, one of the five original sizes from 1935 and still one of the most honest ways to taste what Montecristo is about: no large ring gauge, no special edition, just the blend.

Medium bodied and finely balanced, built on filler and binder from the Vuelta Abajo. Cedar and roasted coffee lead, with cocoa and a light earthiness behind, and the tangy citrus note that runs through the Montecristo blend. The slim corona format keeps everything focused and the burn even.

Pairs well with Speyside and some Lowland whiskies, most Irish whiskeys, rums, bourbons, ryes, ports, or a variety of fuller bodied beers. Also pairs well with very aromatic wine or Chianti and Cabernet Sauvignon.
